We collect the personal data you provide yourself when shopping with us or creating an account: name, email address, delivery address, phone number and order history. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider and are never stored by SveaPeptid.

We also collect technical information (such as IP address and device type) to operate and troubleshoot the website.

Your data is used to process your order, delivery and any customer service contact, as well as to meet accounting and consumer protection obligations.

If you've opted in to newsletter emails, we use your email address for that purpose — you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

We share the necessary data with the services required to complete your purchase: our payment provider (to process payment) and the shipping carrier (to deliver your order). These parties only receive the data required for their respective service.

Under GDPR, you have the right to request an extract of the data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, and request its deletion to the extent we're not obligated to retain it (e.g. for accounting reasons).
