1. General
These terms apply to purchases from SveaPeptid via this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown including tax. Payment is made at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is confirmed by email once payment has been approved.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping terms are described on our shipping information page. Risk for the goods transfers to you when you or your representative receive the delivery.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under distance selling regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery. Our products fall under this exception, and the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to orders placed with us.
5. Complaints
If your item is faulty or damaged on delivery, contact us at sveapeptid@proton.me and we'll help you with a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
6. Limitation of liability
SveaPeptid is not liable for delays or delivery problems caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, government decisions, or disruptions at third-party suppliers.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved primarily through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) or the general courts.
